Absolutely! My classes are suitable for all abilities. If you’re unsure which class might be the best fit, just get in touch via email or message and I’ll be happy to help you find the right one.
Everything I guide you through is simply a suggestion, an invitation, never an expectation or demand. You know your body best, so I’ll always encourage you to listen within. I offer options and variations so you can move in a way that feels right for you, and you are always welcome to rest whenever you need to.
All you need is yourself. If you prefer your own yoga mat, you are welcome to bring it with you and a water bottle is always handy.

I completely understand that life happens! If you can’t make it to class, please let me know as soon as possible, or you can modify your booking directly through your account on my website.
To keep things fair, Yoga with Danielle operates a 24-hour cancellation policy so cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
