Description

This class is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body and breath. We'll begin with grounding breathwork before moving through seated and standing postures to create more space in the body. The class closes with a deeply relaxing savasana, leaving you feeling rested and ready for the week ahead. Suitable for all abilities, with options and variations offered throughout so you can move in a way that feels comfortable for you.
