Gentle Flow


Description

This Monday evening class moves through a gentle, flowing sequence at a pace that allows you to listen within and find what feels good for your body. We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and end with a deeply relaxing savasana. Expect to leave feeling more spacious in your body, calmer in your mind, and ready for the rest of the week. Suitable for all abilities, whether you are brand new to yoga or returning to practice, you’ll be guided with options to move in a way that feels comfortable for you. Every body is welcome.
