We'll begin with grounding breathwork before flowing through sun salutations and a sequence of postures designed to improve balance and flexibility while releasing tension in the body. With options and variations offered throughout and encouragement to listen within, this is a supportive space to explore and honour what feels right for you. Closing with a peaceful savasana for deep relaxation, expect to leave feeling calmer and ready for a restful nights sleep.
